Established in Mali in 2014, the Group has consistently expanded its industrial and mining footprint to become an integrated regional partner for tier-one mining operations.
Under his leadership, the Group expanded into Côte d’Ivoire with dedicated heavy fleets, earthworks and logistics capabilities, and extended its mining scope into Guinea through Richland Minerals.

Strategic Partnerships & Alliances
A central dimension of M. Oumar Abdoulaye Diane Semega’s strategy is forging lasting alliances with leading industrial and equipment providers. This includes the strategic framework agreement signed with ZONDACI SARL (represented by CEO Mr. Yao) for the acquisition of heavy mining machinery in Côte d’Ivoire, as well as operational ties with key regional partners such as Dangote, SCCI, Tradlog, and SOGENA.
